These terms apply when you visit zapkite.com and play the games on it. The site is run by Nguyễn Trung Kiên, an individual developer trading as ZapKite Studio ("ZapKite", "we"). By using the site you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can play

The games are made for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please read these terms with a parent or guardian, who accepts them on your behalf.

Playing our games

• The games are free to play in your browser for personal, non-commercial use.
• Coins, upgrades, suits and other in-game items have no real-world value. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or refunded.
• Progress is saved in your browser. Clearing your browser data, using private browsing or switching devices can lose it, and we cannot restore it.
• We may update, change, rebalance or remove games and features at any time, and an update may occasionally reset progress.

Fair use

Please do not: copy, re-host, embed, frame or sell our games or their files; reverse-engineer them except as the law allows; use cheats, bots or automated tools; overload, probe or attack the site; send spam, abusive or illegal content through the bug report form; or use the site in a way that breaks the law.

Videos and streams

You are welcome to stream our games and post videos and screenshots of them, including monetised ones. A link back to zapkite.com is appreciated.

Bug reports and feedback

If you send us a bug report, idea or other feedback, you allow us to use it freely to improve our games, without payment or obligation to you. Do not include personal information or anything you do not have the right to share. We may not reply to every report.

Ownership

The games, code, artwork, music, text and the ZapKite name and logo belong to ZapKite or to the people who licensed them to us (see credits and licences). These terms give you a personal, revocable right to play; they do not transfer any ownership. To report content that you believe infringes your rights, email hello@zapkite.com.

Ads and other websites

The site may show ads in the future, which will be described in the privacy policy first. Links to other websites, such as game portals and app stores, are provided for your convenience; their content and policies are their own.

No warranty

The site and the games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We work to keep them running and your progress safe, but we cannot promise the site will always be available, error-free or compatible with your device.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ZapKite is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the site or the games. Because the games are free, our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Changes, suspension and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without taking away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and disputes can be brought before the courts of your country of residence where the law allows it.
